Better brewing through science.
This is my take on an old favorite. The original Green Dragon is a bit sweet, so the addition of bitters helps balance the sweetness.
1. Add the following to an ice filled shaker:
-1.5 shots Vodka
-0.5 shots Grenn Chartruese
-3 dashes Orange Bitters
2. Shake and pour into a highball glass.
3. Garnish with orange zest gently twisted over the cocktail.
