Parfait Amor can be difficult to find, but it's a wonderful rose-scented libation. Perfect for Valentine's Day.
1. Add the following to an ice filled shaker:
-1.5 shots Vodka
-0.5 shots Parfait Amor
-3 dashes Orange Bitters
2. Shake and pour into a highball glass.
3. Garnish with lemon zest gently twisted over the cocktail.
