Royal Estrusca BOMM

Royal Estrusca BOMM - 1 gallon
1. Add 1 gallons of water to a brew kettle. 
2. Allow water to reach 150 F. 
3. Add the following in a BIAB:  
-1.6 oz Roasted, crushed hazelnuts
-1.6 oz 2-Row Pilsner malt
-0.6 oz Chocolate malt
-3.2 oz Flaked wheat    
-0.4oz Roasted Barley
4. Hold at 150 F for 30 minutes.
5. Raise temperature to 170 F and remove the bag with grains. 
6. Bring to a boil and follow the schedule:
-0.2 oz Hallertau hops for 15 min
-0.8 oz Dried figs for 10 min
-0.8 oz Raisins for 10 min
-0.05 tsp ground Gentian root for 10 min
-2 lbs Honey    at Flameout
-0.4 tsp Myrrh at Flameout
-1.6 oz Pomegranate juice    
7. Cool to less than 80 F. 
8. Add a starter or 3 activated smack packs of Wyeast 1388.
