Mazer's Limoncello


1. Add the following to a 1 liter jar:
-Zest of 8 lemons (Italian are best, but Meyers lemons work too)
-750 ml Grappa (45% ABV)
2. Let stand at least 2 weeks. 
3. Filter through a mesh strainer. 
4. Add 1 cup orange blossom honey. 
5. Mixed until honey dissolved. 
6. Store in freezer until the precipitate drops out of solution.

I drink it neat, but cocktails are certainly an option.
